I have created 30 Day Challenges as a starting guide to help kick start the habitual nature of a daily workout routine.

Don’t let this fool you though, the challenges can be a total butt kicker! 

No equipment is required for any of the challenges.

I have 3 levels of workout programs:

Beginner (low impact)



Within each level of fitness, I offer programs designed specifically for Women or Men with the option of at HOME or utilizing a GYM facility. NO EQUIPMENT is needed for any of the at home programs or for any of the challenges! Any standard gym is required for the gym programs. Each workout program is 90 Days, with the challenges lasting for 28-30 Days. I also offer personalized workout programs! 

Who/What is KBF?

My name is Nicole King and I am the creator, owner and overall muscles of the operation for King Body Fitness. I graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Community Health Education, with a specialty in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences. I studied advanced classes in Athletic Training, Sports Nutrition, Nutrition, Sports Science and Personal Training. I’ve held a Sports Specific Personal Training Certificate and a general Personal Training Certificate, through the NSCA. I am a wife, a mother and a stepmother! I am very Italian, and LOVE my carbs; I thank God every day for a husband who cooks such great carb-free food! I eat primarily healthy, yet totally enjoy sweets, salts and all things bad for you when its appropriate. I am a stair stepping fanatic! I am currently acting as the Health & Wellness Coach and Program Designer for King Body Fitness.


Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). ACE is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA), the ultimate benchmark for high-quality certification programs, with continuing education.


So what is KBF?

King Body Fitness is a small business providing safe and effective plans and programs for fitness, as well as, meal guides. 

I created KBF as a way to provide the tools for a healthy lifestyle without the stress on your wallet.

Every item for purchase has been 100% fabricated by myself & with the help of my husband Jeremy, the men can rest assured I have set your goals to crush your top priorities! The women’s programs and the men’s programs are designed with different goals, specific to weight loss, muscle gain and strength gain. 

All clients MUST be cleared by a physician before purchasing or attempting any workout programs designed by King Body Fitness.
